Valorant Xray key or loader not working? What should you check first?

For anyone who has had setup issues with Valorant tools, what's the first thing you check?

I'm assuming it's not always the key itself.

Could be Windows settings, game version, product status, whatever.

Trying to make a little checklist before opening a support ticket every time something doesn't work.

    First thing I'd check is product status. If there's maintenance or an update pending, you're wasting your time troubleshooting local stuff.

    Second would be the game version. If Valorant just patched, don't assume the old build is still current.

    Then Windows requirements. For the Valorant Xray listing specifically, HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM and Secure Boot are listed as required.

    Yep. The product page says a stable connection is required for authentication.

    Also check whether your subscription is active and whether you're using the correct account/key. Sounds obvious but account mixups happen all the time.

    And read the docs before doing random YouTube fixes. Random "disable this security thing" tutorials are how people turn a small software issue into three new problems.

    Good call. If you've checked status, subscription, game version, Windows requirements and authentication and it's still broken, then support actually has useful information to work with.

    Exactly. A ticket saying "doesn't work" gives them nothing. "Game patched today, subscription active, requirements checked, authentication fails" is much better.
